Delete your DigiBazar account

You can ask us to delete your DigiBazar account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to accounts used on www.digibazar.pk and in the DigiBazar app.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@digibazar.pk from the email address of your DigiBazar account, with the subject Delete my account. In the app you can also go to Account → Delete my account, which opens this email for you.
2. We may reply to confirm that the request comes from you.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and login
• Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
• Your DigiBazar points and check-in history
• Your wishlist and marketing preferences

What we may keep

Records of orders you placed (order number, items, amounts and payment status) are kept where the law requires it for tax and accounting, and only for as long as it requires. They are no longer linked to an account you can use.
