Effective date: April 2026. This Shipping Policy outlines DigiBazar delivery standards, timelines, and logistics practices.

1. Delivery Coverage

DigiBazar delivers across Pakistan through trusted logistics partners. Delivery performance may vary in remote or restricted locations.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Major cities: typically 2 to 4 working days. Other areas: typically 3 to 6 working days. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, operational load, or courier constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, parcel dimensions, and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply on selected campaigns.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Unified Packaging

DigiBazar consolidates items from multiple brands into one shipment whenever possible to improve delivery consistency and customer experience.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking updates are shared through app notifications, SMS, email links, or order history where available.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may be retried if the first attempt fails. Orders may be cancelled after repeated unsuccessful attempts or unreachable delivery conditions.

8. Partial Shipment Policy

No partial shipments are dispatched unless explicitly stated. Orders are generally shipped when complete.

9. Delayed Fulfillment and Quality Checks

If an item is delayed at source, shipment may be held until complete. All items pass quality checks before dispatch to reduce post-delivery issues.

10. Buyer Protection

Eligible shipments are protected under DigiBazar buyer protection and service quality policies.
